  2. Hello I have not been able to claim then and no resolution was provided even after I made multiple attempts to your support. And till now no compensation is provided

Hello can someone please tell me why I am not able to play my 120 free spins , because when I tried playing the same game with my cash balance it’s working smoothly but when I tried to play my free spins it’s showing this error. Now less then a day is left to claim those free spins before they expire. Tried contacting customer support but they asked to wait it’s been 2 days now , will I be able to play or get compensated for this?
