Firstly, I have made several attempts, and I was initially informed that the process would take 2 hours. Subsequently, I was told it would require 24 hours. I do not understand how the timeframe changed from 2 hours to 24 hours, and I am concerned it may be extended further. This inconsistency is quite confusing and raises concerns about what might be going wrong with the system.
While I am trying to remain patient, the continual changes in the timeframes have been disappointing.
I respectfully request that the 1win team prioritize my case. This experience has been unsatisfactory from a player’s perspective, and I hope the issue can be resolved promptly.
